About

I believe healing is not something we force it is something we remember. My work as a therapist is rooted in the understanding that each person carries an inner rhythm and a story that longs to be heard, felt, and honored. I strive to create a therapeutic space where curiosity replaces judgment and where healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe, authentic, and deeply respectful. I provide individual counseling to teens and adults, with experience supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, autism, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I am deeply passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds and helping clients move toward their goals, dreams, and a greater sense of connection to themselves and others. Music and art are central to my therapeutic approach. Long before words are available, sound, color, and movement often know how to speak. I incorporate creative expression to help clients access emotions, memories, and inner truths that may be difficult to articulate verbally. These modalities gently support nervous system regulation and allow deeper layers of the self to emerge without force. I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful, brain-based modality that supports the processing of trauma, grief, anxiety, and emotional blocks held beneath conscious awareness. By working with both the body and the brain, Brainspotting allows healing to happen from the inside out often in ways that feel intuitive, profound, and relieving. At the heart of my work is relationship. Trauma often shapes how we connect with partners, family, and ourselves so I place strong emphasis on building a safe, attuned therapeutic connection grounded in trust and presence. Within this space, we explore attachment patterns, boundaries, and relational wounds while practicing new ways of being seen, supported, and connected. I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your expressive voice, inner rhythm, and capacity for meaningful connection. Together, we create space for healing that feels empowering, compassionate, and deeply human.
