About
I know therapy can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable, especially for people of color who were taught to handle things on our own. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, real, and rooted in understanding. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years as a life coach helping people build healthy relationships. Now, I combine that experience with my background in marriage and family therapy, sex and intimacy coaching, and drug and alcohol counseling. I help individuals and couples heal from trauma, improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect with themselves and others. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or pretend. You just get to be you. Healing is possible, and it starts with being seen and heard.
