With over 20 years of experience in the human services field, Rose brings a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She began her career working in developmental disabilities, where she developed a strong foundation in person-centered care, advocacy, and compassionate support. For the past eight years, Rose has specialized in mental health counseling and therapy, helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. She earned her degree in Clinical Counseling in 2018, further strengthening her clinical expertise and dedication to evidence-based practices. In addition to her mental health work, Rose is a skilled Drug and Alcohol Counselor, providing substance use treatment with a focus on accountability, healing, and long-term recovery. She currently contracts with CenterPointe Campus for Hope in Omaha, where she supports individuals on their journey toward sobriety and stability. Rose is also practicing at Restore, Rebuild, Reconnect under the supervision of Dr. LaRhonda Flowers. Rose’s approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported. Her work integrates practical tools, therapeutic insight, and real-life application to help individuals build healthier patterns and achieve meaningful change. Beyond her clinical work, Rose is the creator of Serenity Pages, a sobriety-focused planner designed to encourage reflection, mindfulness, and personal accountability. This project reflects her passion for helping others find peace and purpose both inside and outside of therapy. Rose is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they heal, grow, and rediscover their strength—one step, and one page, at a time.
