About
Many of my clients come to me feeling weighed down by past trauma, persistent anxiety, or a sense of “not being enough.” You may find yourself stuck in cycles of self-criticism, worry, or hopelessness, unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a place to slow down, process your experiences, and learn new ways to relate to yourself and others. I specialize in trauma recovery, PTSD/Grief, persistent depressive disorder, bipolar disorder; and I integrate approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Grief, and ACT to support healing on both an emotional and practical level. My style is collaborative and supportive but also direct; I will walk with you, encourage you, and challenge you to grow at a pace that feels right. Together, we’ll work on cultivating resilience, shifting toward a growth mindset, and building skills to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at peace.

Education
I have an Associate's in Professional Studies from Metropolitan Community College that I obtained in 2006. I continued my studies at Bellevue University, in which I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Human and Social Services Administration in 2008. I then decided that I preferred to be in direct support of those that I serve instead of in the Administrative sector, and obtained a Master's of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2013.
