About

Have you ever felt like there’s a part of you that wants to move forward, but another part that just… can’t? Maybe one part of you longs for connection, while another part pushes people away. That’s where I come in. I’m Terra Moore, a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). My approach centers around Internal Family Systems (IFS); a powerful, compassionate model that helps you understand the different “parts” within yourself and guides you toward healing and self-leadership. I believe we all carry stories, protectors, and wounds that deserve to be seen without shame. Through parts work, we learn to honor every version of who you’ve had to be while discovering the calm, confident Self that’s been there all along. Alongside IFS, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to help you identify unhelpful patterns, build coping tools, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and peace. As a Black therapist, I value the sacred space that comes from being able to show up fully; culture, identity, and all. My work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and empowerment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or just trying to figure out who you are in this season of life, my goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore it all and supported enough to grow through it.
