About

Hey hey! My name is Zhomontee Watson and I’m a Black queer woman therapist who offers therapy through teehealth only. I use expressive arts therapy to help individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves. If you’ve ever felt like you have to perform, wear a mask, or hide parts of who you are, this space is for you. I specialize in supporting creatives and entertainers. Those who live in the spotlight or navigate the pressure to constantly show up for others, while helping them find healing behind the scenes. I also work with individuals moving through life transitions, from school to adulthood, career shifts, or seasons of grief. I work well with people who experience neurodivergence and those navigating familial or peer relationship challenges involving communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation. With me, we’ll use creativity, compassion, and cultural awareness to move from survival to self-expression — finding healing through your story, your art, and your truth.
